Anatoly Levenchuk and Victor Agroskin are partners at TechInvestLab.ru.

Anatoly Levenchuk has started as a consultant in late 1980's. His clients during the years of Russian economy transformation and restructuring were Russian Commodity Exchange, RINACO, RELCOM, VKT, Bank of Russia, Ministry of Economics, RAO UES Russia, Omskenergo, Dalenergo, OGK-1, Fortum Russia, Rosenergoatom, VNIIAES, E4, Energostrojinvest-holding, Sudoexport and many others.

He is interested now in model-based systems engineering, enterprise architecture, ontology-based data integration, systemic organizational design, situational method engineering. His blogs (http://ailev.livejournal.com in Russian, http://levenchuk.com/ in English) have thousands of followers. He was motivational speaker at many conferences and is a lecturer in Systems Engineering and Systems Thinking for the leading Russian universities.

Anatoly Levenchuk was a founder of INCOSE Russian Chapter and after serving a two year term as its President, became its Research Director.

Victor Agroskin has an experience in management consulting since 1990. For several years не was in charge of business development and IT in major Russian investment banks. Victor Agroskin was involved in investment and consulting projects in various industries, mostly in energy, transport and IT. Supervised economical and technical aspects of corporate restructuring and industry reforms for private and government clients, including e-government projects. Participated in a number of infrastructure projects - financial market infrastructure, exchange trading, network capacity distribution, agricultural products trade and logistics.

As an expert and industry representative, took part in several legislative initiatives.

Graduate of a Moscow 57th School, received MS in Applied Mathematics from Moscow State University.  INCOSE Russian Chapter  founder, served as Chapter Secretary of Board.
